Job Summary

Lead the design and governance of compensation programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Conduct job evaluation and market pricing activities to inform compensation strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive compensation experience in complex, multi-site organizations, preferably in healthcare
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent preferred
