Florida Licensed Complex Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a boutique law firm in Florida, the remote Florida Licensed Complex Litigation Paralegal will manage multiple litigation cases, draft complex pleadings, and coordinate hearings while working a minimum of 10 hours per week on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and assist with multiple litigation cases
• Draft complex pleadings and prepare discovery and trial documents
• Manage e-filing through the state portal and coordinate court appointments

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a large or boutique law firm
• Experience with complex litigation
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program preferred
• Exceptional writing skills and ability to work independently
• Outstanding professional references
