Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to lead compliance efforts and manage legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with contractual requirements and legal obligations
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure legal compliance
- Conduct legal research and maintain organized legal documentation
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in paralegal studies or a related field preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience in contract law and compliance is highly desirable
- Experience in a regulated industry with specific state insurance requirements is a plus
- Proficiency in legal research and document management systems
