Florida Licensed Construction Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Construction & Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the Construction workforce, including regional leadership and contracted teams
• Develop and implement a network build strategy in partnership with Engineering, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
• Accountable for project planning and execution, managing external dependencies, and reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) for timely deployment

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or MBA in Business Management, Finance, or a related degree
• 10+ years of telecom industry experience in Construction and/or Project Management
• 10+ years managing Construction and/or Project Management departments at a regional level
• Demonstrated leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Must reside in the state of Florida
