Florida Licensed Construction Expert, this full-time position involves providing expert testimony and analysis on construction matters for legal and insurance purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an Expert Witness for lawsuits and insurance claims, providing testimony during depositions, arbitration, and trials
• Conduct building inspections and property condition assessments, documenting findings and preparing technical reports
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and prepare necessary documentation for expert services

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience or a combination of relevant education and field experience
• General Contractor License
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field; advanced degree or professional license preferred
• Prior experience as a designated Expert Witness in construction-related litigation
• Applicable licenses and certifications that support expertise in the field
