Job Summary

To enhance patient experiences, the full-time Florida Licensed Consumer Access Specialist will maintain relationships with clinical partners, provide timely patient service, and manage insurance eligibility verification while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain communication with clinical partners to ensure efficient patient registration and service
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through various channels before and after patient appointments
• Document patient and insurance interactions accurately and manage the department's invoice process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience required; revenue cycle experience preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs and database familiarity required
• Advanced understanding of insurance knowledge and hospital electronic medical report systems preferred
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Rep (CRCR) preferred
