Florida Licensed Consumer Access Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance patient financial services, the full-time Florida Licensed Consumer Access Specialist will perform Medicare compliance reviews, create accurate patient financial estimates, and coordinate insurance verifications while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare compliance reviews and issue Advance Beneficiary Notices of Noncoverage as necessary
• Collect payments, establish payment plans, and register patients for services while ensuring accuracy
• Manage communication between clinical, ancillary, and consumer access departments to improve patient experience

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• 1+ years of relevant healthcare experience preferred
• 1+ years of revenue cycle experience preferred
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Rep (CRCR) preferred
