Florida Licensed Contract Manager

Job Summary

Managing all phases of contract development, the full-time Florida Licensed Contract Manager will draft and negotiate a variety of commercial and privacy contracts while providing strategic advice to internal clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, analyze, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Advise internal clients on contractual risk assessments and engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms
• Develop and maintain contract templates and guidelines, while conducting training sessions for staff on contracting policies

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in contract administration
• Experience with data privacy regulations preferred
• Transactional experience preferred, particularly in higher education and/or healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
