Florida Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee accounting operations and provide strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting and payroll
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate the year-end audit process with external auditors

Required Qualifications:

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Experience in banking, lending, or financial institutions is a plus
