Job Summary
Leading the Core Services Systems and Development team, the full-time Florida Licensed Core Systems Manager will ensure the stability and performance of core systems while delivering high-quality technology solutions to support business operations and member experience, with a remote work arrangement available for Florida residents.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and technical issues, including after-hours support as needed
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and support of core financial systems, ensuring availability and performance
- Collaborate with business units to align technology solutions with operational needs and support key initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems or development roles
- Knowledge of core banking systems
