Job Summary

To support the legal team, the salaried Florida Licensed Corporate Counsel in Litigation will manage corporate disputes, coordinate with outside counsel, and develop litigation strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage all litigation matters related to corporate disputes, including lawsuits, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Coordinate with subsidiaries on disputes with subcontractors and vendors, reviewing contracts and preparing demand letters
  • Develop a litigation response plan and assist with due diligence related to acquisitions and dispositions
Required qualifications
  • JD degree from an ABA accredited law school and Member of the FL Bar or authorized in-house counsel by the FL Bar
  • 3 years of experience in corporate legal practice with in-house experience
  • Significant experience with litigation matters, including lawsuits and arbitration
  • Experience reviewing complex commercial contracts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
