Job Summary
To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time Florida Licensed Corporate Litigation Paralegal will manage litigation documents, assist with case management, and provide dedicated support on employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and organize litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Assist with litigation case management, including e-discovery, trial preparation, and settlement agreements
- Support employment-related matters and partner with HR and legal teams on compliance and investigations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in corporate and litigation settings
- NALA or NFPA certification strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court procedures
- Completion of a state bar registered paralegal program preferred but not required
