Job Summary

Managing the credentialing software database, the full-time Florida Licensed Credentialing Specialist will audit, analyze, and maintain provider data integrity while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering performance reports in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot the credentialing software database, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Audit and maintain provider data, verifying and updating information as necessary
• Develop and deliver reports on operating performance and compliance with applicable standards

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of healthcare environments and healthcare delivery systems
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy and security policies
• Associate degree preferred
