Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities

Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and intervene in emergent situations
Maintain accurate documentation and multitask using multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
Ability to work a full 40-hour schedule and weekends
Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
Residency in Florida is required
