Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, deliver crisis intervention, and ensure a high-quality service experience while working remotely from Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess and intervene in emotional and behavioral health crises, ensuring safety and appropriate resource allocation
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Florida residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space with necessary internet connectivity
• Commitment to regular availability on weekends and holidays post-training
