Job Summary

To provide compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention, the full-time Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers remotely, assessing emotional and behavioral health concerns while ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress or seeking guidance
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Florida residency required for remote work
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule
• Strong emotional resilience and multitasking skills
