Job Summary

Providing compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention, the full-time Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing various emotional and behavioral challenges while working remotely and maintaining a secure home workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic telephonic support and assess emotional and behavioral health concerns
• Build rapport with clients, actively listen, and provide resources and coping strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a HIPAA-compliant home workspace

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
• Strong multitasking skills while navigating multiple software systems
• Availability for remote scheduling, including weekends and holidays
