Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, deliver crisis intervention, and maintain documentation while working remotely from home in Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Florida residency required for remote work
