Job Summary

Providing telephonic support, the full-time Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor will deliver compassionate emotional support, conduct risk assessments, and offer crisis intervention services remotely while engaging with individuals facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Florida residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free home office environment
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
