Job Summary

Delivering compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention, the full-time Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor will provide telephonic assistance to individuals in distress while working remotely from Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing emotional distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems while multitasking effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Florida residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for telephonic support
• Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
