Required Qualifications
- Active Health and Life Insurance License required
- High School Diploma; college education is a plus
- 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Minimum of two years' experience in a medical/dental/insurance environment
- Must have a high-speed internet connection and a professional isolated work area
