Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests across multiple communication channels while meeting established service level objectives
- Provide policy and coverage information, assist with policy issuance, and process policy changes accurately
- Resolve customer complaints and collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Active Personal Lines Property & Casualty Agent License (2-20 FL)
- Ability to maintain licensure in required states based on business needs
- Prior insurance agency or carrier experience in a customer service role (preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus (preferred)
