Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone inquiries from policyholders, beneficiaries, providers, and agents regarding insurance policies
- Provide accurate information on insurance questions by accessing and updating software system data
- Research company records to assist customers and perform routine transactions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; six months related call center experience or training
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
- Experience in a call center setting is preferred
- Ability to pass background screening and drug tests
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work location
