Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone inquiries from policyholders, beneficiaries, providers, and agents regarding insurance policies
  • Provide accurate information on insurance questions by accessing and updating software system data
  • Research company records to assist customers and perform routine transactions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; six months related call center experience or training
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
  • Experience in a call center setting is preferred
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug tests
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work location
