Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Florida Licensed Customer Service Agent will manage service-related inquiries, process policy updates, and resolve customer concerns while delivering accurate and timely service to policyholders and agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service requests across multiple communication channels while meeting established service level objectives
  • Provide policy and coverage information, including account status and transaction history
  • Assist agents and policyholders with policy issuance, updates, and resolving complaints in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active Personal Lines Property & Casualty Agent License (2-20 FL)
  • Ability to maintain licensure in required states based on business needs
  • Proficiency in database systems, internet applications, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
