Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exemplary customer service to insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders via inbound calls and electronic communications
  • Interpret verbal and written communication to make appropriate decisions for customer inquiries
  • Assist in learning and understanding the insurance industry while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Active Personal Lines P&C agent license (2-20) is required
  • Prior insurance agency experience, including customer service, is preferred
  • Spanish/bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • Proficient in PC usage and keyboarding skills
  • Access to a strong, stable internet connection and a separate, undisturbed workspace
