Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Inbound Call Center (Remote U.S.) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests while adhering to policies
- Utilize automated systems for logging and retrieving information, ensuring accurate data entry
- Interact with external partners and serve as a liaison, investigating and resolving provider issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a contact center or call center environment
- 2+ years of experience providing telephonic customer service
- Ability to complete fingerprinting requirements for the state of Florida
- Associates degree or higher is preferred
