Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Inbound Call Center (Remote U.S.) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests while adhering to policies
  • Utilize automated systems for logging and retrieving information, ensuring accurate data entry
  • Interact with external partners and serve as a liaison, investigating and resolving provider issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a contact center or call center environment
  • 2+ years of experience providing telephonic customer service
  • Ability to complete fingerprinting requirements for the state of Florida
  • Associates degree or higher is preferred
