Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound inquiries regarding policy changes, renewals, billing, and claims
- Document customer interactions and maintain knowledge of department FAQs
- Assist leadership with special projects and maintain high performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two to three years of customer service or call center experience
- Previous experience in insurance services is a plus
- Valid Driver's License required
- Florida 4-40 Customer Service License preferred
