Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound inquiries regarding policy changes, renewals, billing, and claims
  • Document customer interactions and maintain knowledge of department FAQs
  • Assist leadership with special projects and maintain high performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two to three years of customer service or call center experience
  • Previous experience in insurance services is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Florida 4-40 Customer Service License preferred
