Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from customers and address their issues and concerns
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer service policies
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary for resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Active 2-20 or 2044 license required
  • Minimum two years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience working with clients in Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina
  • Knowledgeable in Auto, Home, Flood, Condo, Inland Marine/Jewelry, Builders Risk, and Reinsurance
  • Call-center experience preferred
