Job Summary
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers and address their issues and concerns
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer service policies
- Escalate issues to management when necessary for resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active 2-20 or 2044 license required
- Minimum two years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience working with clients in Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina
- Knowledgeable in Auto, Home, Flood, Condo, Inland Marine/Jewelry, Builders Risk, and Reinsurance
- Call-center experience preferred
