Job Summary

Florida Licensed Customer Service Rep, responsible for handling service inquiries, processing policy updates, and resolving customer concerns in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service requests across multiple communication channels while meeting established service level objectives
  • Provide policy and coverage information, and assist with policy issuance and updates
  • Resolve customer complaints and collaborate with internal departments for effective resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active Personal Lines Property & Casualty Agent License (2-20 FL)
  • Ability to maintain licensure in required states based on business needs
  • Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
