Job Summary

To support a dynamic client service team, the full-time Florida Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage inbound client calls regarding policy inquiries, cancellations, and coverage questions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound client calls concerning payments, cancellations, policy changes, and general service needs
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and support revenue retention by recognizing unmet needs
  • Enter accurate information and process updates in real time during client interactions
Required qualifications
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred
  • Ability to obtain state-required insurance licenses within the first 90 days
  • Proficient typing skills with accuracy
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
