Job Summary
To support a dynamic client service team, the full-time Florida Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage inbound client calls regarding policy inquiries, cancellations, and coverage questions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound client calls concerning payments, cancellations, policy changes, and general service needs
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and support revenue retention by recognizing unmet needs
- Enter accurate information and process updates in real time during client interactions
Required qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred
- Ability to obtain state-required insurance licenses within the first 90 days
- Proficient typing skills with accuracy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
