Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Florida Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries related to billing and insurance, handle inbound and outbound calls, and provide payment options while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex billing and insurance issues through patient and insurance company interactions
  • Provide guidance on payment options and assist with account balances that are aging but not in collections
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and adhere to company policies and performance metrics
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Prior experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding, as well as experience with Artiva and Cerner Soarian applications preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases effectively
  • Understanding of sensitive personal information (SPI) and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
