Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Escalation Specialist (Mid-Day Shift).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalated customer matters through phone calls and emails
- Research and make decisions on escalated endorsements and policy reinstatements
- Identify trends in customer service issues and recommend procedural changes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida Insurance License (2-20 or 20-44)
- High school diploma required; college education preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Florida homeowners insurance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Experience in training and procedural documentation is a plus
