Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Florida Licensed Customer Service Specialist will manage escalated customer concerns via telephone and email, analyze complex issues, and provide operational support during severe weather events while adhering to a mid-day shift schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage escalated phone calls and analyze endorsements for resolution
  • Assess policy reinstatement opportunities and triage internal emails effectively
  • Identify trends in customer service issues and recommend procedural changes to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications:
  • Valid Florida Insurance License (2-20 or 20-44)
  • High school diploma required; college education preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Florida homeowners insurance
  • Advanced knowledge of Florida homeowners coverage and underwriting practices
  • Exceptional written communication skills for professional correspondence
