Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Cybersecurity Attorney, the fully remote Senior Cyber Incident Response Attorney will manage incident responses for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, oversee breach response work by Associates, and interact with senior management and technical personnel at client companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents
• Draft legal notices of data breaches and respond to regulatory investigations
• Advise clients on handling cybersecurity incidents from start to finish

Required Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited Law School
• Admission to the Bar in good standing
• 8+ years of legal experience
• 5+ years of experience in data privacy and security, focusing on data breaches and incident response
• Strong knowledge of data breach and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR)
