Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Florida Licensed Denial Recovery Analyst will manage clinical denials, optimize reimbursement through high coding standards, and collaborate with various teams to enhance revenue cycle outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manages clinical denials from assigned workqueues, including claim resubmissions and appeals
• Partners with managed care teams and payers to reduce denials and maximize reimbursement
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in coding and clinical documentation based on denial trends

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One of the following coding certifications required: CPC, COC, RHIT, RHIA, or CCS
• 1-2 years of medical coding experience
• 1-2 years of denial management and/or health insurance experience
