Job Summary

Providing strategic direction for the Denials Management team, the full-time salaried Florida Licensed Denials Manager will lead and develop team members, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and analyze operational trends to improve performance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Denials Management team to achieve operational and financial performance metrics
• Analyze accounts receivable and denial trends to provide actionable insights and improve denial management workflows
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual expectations and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
• 3+ years of revenue cycle experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and payer policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
