Florida Licensed Denials Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic direction for the Denials Management team, the full-time Florida Licensed Denials Manager will lead and develop team members, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with operational and financial performance metrics in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance metrics and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Develop and execute action plans to improve denial management workflows and performance
• Analyze trends in accounts receivable and denials to provide actionable insights for performance improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle management
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and payer policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
