Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Health Specialist - Remote Physical Therapist - Licensed in FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support digital services with documentation
• Develop regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services while collaborating with other departments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Physical Therapist License in Florida
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
• Willingness to obtain PT licensure in other states
