Florida Licensed Digital Health Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Digital Health Specialist will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while working three days onsite and two days remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses
• Utilize digital platforms for telehealth visits, including evaluations, assessments, and treatment plan development
• Serve as a liaison between patients and in-clinic providers to optimize and grow remote services

Required qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
• Active Physical Therapy state license (or in process)
• Preferred digital/telehealth experience
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an outpatient setting
• Commitment to providing exceptional quality of care to patients
