Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Health Specialist - Remote Physical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver telehealth visits, including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development
Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support digital services documentation
Develop regional strategies for growth and implementation of digital services while collaborating with various departments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Physical Therapy License in Florida or eligibility for FL license
Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Experience providing digital health services preferred
