Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their insurance coverage needs
• Conduct outbound calls for prospecting and follow-up outreach

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1 - 3 years of Call Center & Sales experience required
• Experience in Health, Dental, Vision, and ancillary sales preferred
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required upon hire
• Ability to navigate various software applications effectively
• Results-oriented individual with a focus on achieving sales success
