Florida Licensed Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher to coordinate towing services and field support related to automobile insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, triage, and manage incoming service requests related to accidents and field inspections
• Utilize Guidewire Claim Center and Audatex to coordinate vehicle tows and dispatch service providers
• Monitor progress of dispatched services and maintain communication with vendors and policyholders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, roadside assistance, or insurance operations
• Working knowledge of Guidewire is strongly preferred
• Experience in a property and casualty (automobile) insurance environment is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software tools
