Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Divisional Recruiter will build and maintain a professional network in the Senior Living sector, engage top talent for current and future roles, and implement innovative recruitment strategies while collaborating with HR and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust network of candidates to support hiring needs
• Utilize digital sourcing platforms to strengthen the talent pipeline and reduce contract labor
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and onboard high-quality candidates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, healthcare, or a related field preferred
• Three or more years of experience in Human Resources or Full Cycle Recruiting
• Proficient in MS Office and various recruiting tools, including ATS (Workable preferred)
• Prior experience in regional, multi-site, and multi-state healthcare recruitment preferred
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities in talent acquisition and retention
