Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed EAP Counselor, the full-time remote position will provide integrated EAP services including assessment, triage, and short-term counseling while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver integrated EAP services such as admission, assessment, support, triage, and crisis management
• Provide responsive and professional counseling services while maintaining client confidentiality
• Conduct initial assessments and follow-up calls for clients facing various issues affecting work performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in counseling or psychology
• Minimum of 2 years of direct client contact providing counseling or mental health services
• Experience in conducting assessments and utilizing clinical assessment tools
• Training in mindfulness or solution-focused counseling is a plus
