Job Summary

To support a dynamic learning environment, the full-time salaried Florida Licensed Elementary Teacher will design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction for grades 3-5, integrating immersive technology and virtual reality while collaborating with colleagues and families in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned instruction using OptimaEd-approved curriculum and resources, incorporating immersive learning strategies
• Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and collaborate with support staff to address individualized student needs
• Utilize various instructional technology platforms to enhance learning and maintain accurate records related to student progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a content-related field
• Valid state teaching certification or the ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
• Experience teaching in an online, blended, or technology-rich environment preferred
• Willingness to learn and implement immersive instructional practices, including virtual reality
