Florida Licensed Employee Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Leading advanced financial analysis and strategic reporting for public sector clients, the full-time remote Senior Employee Benefits Analyst will manage complex employee benefit programs, conduct renewal analyses, and present actionable insights to client leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex renewal analyses and develop strategic, data-driven recommendations for employee benefits planning
• Manage the RFP process and evaluate carrier proposals while supporting negotiations with Benefits Consultants
• Deliver advanced financial and management reporting, translating complex data into clear insights for client presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, analytics, brokerage, or consulting
• Advanced experience in renewal and financial analysis, claims reporting, and RFP development
• Strong knowledge of fully insured and self-funded benefit plans and employee benefits regulations (ACA, COBRA, etc.)
• Active State issued 2-15 License
