Job Summary
A company is looking for an EB Client Assistant Sr. to provide support and customer service in the Employee Benefits department.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Account Executives and customers to prioritize requests and provide customer service support
- Maintain accurate customer files and coordinate the customer renewal process
- Assist in preparing materials for customer meetings and manage ongoing updates in Agency Management Systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- CT Life & Health Producer License
- Bachelor's Degree or insurance experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an Employee Benefits department preferred
- High School Diploma
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
