Job Summary

A company is looking for an EB Client Assistant Sr. to provide support and customer service in the Employee Benefits department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Account Executives and customers to prioritize requests and provide customer service support
  • Maintain accurate customer files and coordinate the customer renewal process
  • Assist in preparing materials for customer meetings and manage ongoing updates in Agency Management Systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • CT Life & Health Producer License
  • Bachelor's Degree or insurance experience preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in an Employee Benefits department preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
