Florida Licensed Engineered Sales Manager

Job Summary

To drive HVAC system specifications, the full-time Florida Licensed Engineered Sales Manager will build strong consultative relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, and facility managers while providing technical expertise and support for HVAC solutions remotely within the Florida territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers and contractors to secure HVAC system specifications
• Provide technical expertise on HVAC applications, system design, and product selection
• Conduct product presentations and technical training sessions for customers and industry partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a related technical sales role
• Proven ability to build relationships with consulting engineers and the mechanical engineering community
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC products, applications, and industry trends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
