Florida Licensed Epic Analyst

Job Summary

To support the UHealth IT Department, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Epic Analyst (Cupid) will initiate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex applications while collaborating with stakeholders and end-users to optimize application functionality and access.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with key stakeholders and end-users to optimize application configuration and functionality
• Initiates all phases of testing and documentation of workflow design
• Provides oversight and support to junior staff members in day-to-day operations and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Epic Cupid Certification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or a healthcare-related organization
• Familiarity with cardiology workflows and previous Epic Cupid implementation experience
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
