Florida Licensed Epic Analyst

Job Summary

To support a health system dedicated to improving lives, the full-time Florida Licensed Epic Analyst will manage the build, support, testing, and implementation of Epic Clinical Documentation and related Inpatient Systems while working remotely during standard daytime hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodologies
• Independently lead and coordinate medium and small projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality parameters
• Participate in regular upgrade and project go-lives while being an active participant in the on-call rotation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years of directly applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation build, support, and implementation experience
• Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation Certification
• Familiarity with Case Management/Utilization Management workflows or Epic Care Management Module Certification
• Clinical experience in an inpatient hospital setting (e.g., Case Management, Nursing, Therapy)
